شكاوى من عدم استجابة أطراف شاشات “بيكسل 2 إكس إل” عند لمسها 2017
ظهرت شكاوى جديدة في مُنتديات الدعم الفنّي لأجهزة “بيكسل 2” من شركة قوقل بخصوص مشاكل جديدة في الشاشة لا تستجيب فيها بالشكل المطلوب.
وذكر البعض أنهم وعند لمس الشاشة من أطرافها لا تستجيب للمس أبدًا، صحيح أنها تستجيب للسحب من الأطراف باتجاه الداخل، أو العكس. لكنها لا تستجيب للمس فقط في تلك المناطق.
وانتشرت مقاطع فيديو على يوتيوب تستعرض المشكلة التي قد تُصبح مُزعجة عند تشغيل بعض الألعاب.
وردّ أحد العاملين في شركة قوقل على تلك الشكاوى مؤكّدًا أن الفريق يعمل حاليًا على التحقيق وتحديد سبب المشاكل ليقوم بإطلاق تحديث لحلّها، فالمشكلة من نظام الحماية لمنع اللمس الغير مقصود، وليست من الشاشة نفسها بنسبة كبيرة.
New complaints have arisen in Pixel 2 support forums from Google for new problems on the screen that do not respond as needed.
Some said that when they touch the screen from their edges they never respond to touch, they do respond to pull from the sides towards the inside, or vice versa. But they do not respond to touch only in those areas.
There are videos posted on YouTube that show the problem that may become annoying when playing some games.
A worker at the company complained to the complaints that the team is currently investigating and identify the cause of the problems to launch an update to resolve, the problem of the protection system to prevent unintentional touch, not from the screen itself a large proportion.
