Google opens its first artificial intelligence research center in China
أعلنت شركة قوقل عن افتتاح أول مركز خاص بأبحاث الذكاء الصُنعي في مدينة بكين الصينية، وذلك خلال مؤتمرها الخاص بالمطوّرين الذي يجري حاليًا هناك..
وطرحت الشركة بشكل فوري فرص عمل للراغبين بالعمل في المركز الجديد الذي سيُركّز على بعض الأبحاث في مجال الذكاء الصُنعي وتعلّم الآلة، وذلك بإشراف مُهندسي شركة قوقل في الصين..
وسيقوم المركز بمشاركة النتائج التي يصل لها باستمرار، إضافة إلى دعم مراكز الأبحاث الأُخرى وتمويل الفرق التي تبحث في مجال تعلّم الآلة في الصين..
وتُعاني شركة قوقل من حظر خدماتها في الصين منذ 2010 بسبب عدم انصياعها لطلبات الحكومة. لكن هذا لم يمنعها من تكوين فريقها الخاص هناك للعمل عن قرب مع الطاقات الكبيرة في المجال التقني وتحديدًا في مجال الذكاء الصُنعي الذي ترك بصمة مؤثّرة في تحدّي ImageNet خلال السنوات الماضية، فجميع الفرق الفائزة كان لها أبحاث في الصين. كما أن 43 باحث صيني ساهموا في أفضل 100 بحث في مجلّة الذكاء الصُنعي في 2015..
Google has announced the opening of its first Artificial Intelligence Research Center in Beijing, China, during its developer conference.
The company immediately offered job opportunities for those interested in the new center, which will focus on some research in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning, under the supervision of Google's engineers in China.
The Center will share its ongoing results, as well as support other research centers and fund teams looking at machine learning in China.
Google has been blocking services in China since 2010 because of its failure to comply with government requests. But this did not prevent her from forming her own team there to work closely with the great technical capabilities and specifically in the field of artificial intelligence, which left an imprint in the challenge of ImageNet over the past years, all winning teams had research in China. And 43 Chinese researchers contributed to the top 100 searches in the journal Artificial Intelligence in 2015.
