مساعد قوقل الرقمي Google Assistant قادر على فحص المشاكل الموجودة في هواتف بيكسل 2017
أصبح بإمكان مساعد قوقل الرقمي Google Assistant القيام بفحص هواتف بيكسل للتعرّف على أسباب المشاكل التي يشتكي المُستخدم منها، وذلك حسبما ذكر موقع Android Police.
وطُرحت بعض الأسئلة على المساعد الرقمي حول سبب عدم وصول نسبة شحن البطارية إلى 100٪، ليقوم المساعد باقتراح فحص الجهاز للتعرّف على الأسباب، مع عرض التطبيقات التي تستهلك الشحن بنسبة كبيرة. كما طُرحت أسئلة أُخرى مثل سبب بطئ الجهاز، ليقوم بعرض رابط يشرح الأسباب.
ويُمكن بعد إجراء الاختبارات وعدم الحصول على جواب شافي تحويل تلك البيانات لأحد موظّفي شركة قوقل لإجراء محادثة فورية معه أو مُكالمة لمساعدة المستخدم في تحسين أداء الجهاز والتخلّص من المشاكل الموجودة.
The Google Assistant is now able to scan pixel phones to identify the causes of problems the user is complaining about, according to Android Police.
Some questions have been asked on the PDA why the battery charge rate has not reached 100%, so the assistant suggests that the device be checked for reasons, and that the applications that consume the charge are displayed at a high rate. Other questions, such as the reason for the slow pace of the device, were presented to show a link explaining the reasons.
After testing and not getting a quick answer, you can convert that data to a Google employee for an instant chat or a call to help the user improve device performance and eliminate existing problems.
